I don't think that's the case. I've spruced them up in silk before and they were fine. Was Sutherland also missing?
And a tidbit (I don't know if it has been mentioned before) but the Save Sutherland's team questline can not be started after the main quest (I think it stops triggering after the Arbor Wilds) since the war table operation won't appear.

No, Sutherland was there, and he mentioned that the other two were now off doing their own things. I'd done everything else the same up until picking the different type of armor. If I'd known it would make a difference, I'd have stuck with Cullen's choice.

If you bring along Cole, after complaining that he can't find any virgins, Imshael will add, "Oh wait, there's one. Ehhhh ... you probably don't want him."

OMG! That is hilarious! Poor Cole.

Did you do the War Table quest "A Test of Mettle and the Crew" using anyone else than Leliana?

Because when I gave him the silk outfits (Josephine route) they were all oohing and ahhing over it, saying the outfit cost more than their house and such. And then I could do the mettle quest.

But I know that if you don't pick Leliana in the Mettle quest you don't get any more war table quests.

Hmm....not sure. I'll have to check when I get back to Skyhold.

Edit: Nope, used Josephine. Boo!

No, it's about Sutherland & Co :)

You think of Improving Morale

Yes, they're normally in the tavern, on the right side just when you go up the stairs :)

This is my 6th PT, but it's the first time I noticed that there was a "cave" behind the big rock, where you talk to the soldier about Ritts

Mainly hidden caves that don't offer much. One is in the HIDDEN WASTES ( would have to post a picture) that didn't seem to offer anything useful other than some temporary better gear but nothing pertaining to any quests. Another was in STORM COAST along that trench road was a cave with barf gear.

A 'new' dialougue option for Solas after we explore the Temple of Mythal. The one where he asks "What will you do with the power of the well?". I believe it can only be triggered if you did not ask niether Leliana or Cassandra on thier thoughts on being a potential divine candidate. Or if you have yet to give your official support to either of them plus Vivienne. I'm not too sure on the trigger specifics.

But basically the convo goes like this if you do not select something aling the lines of "i'll trust my friends" or "i'll make the world better".

Inquisitor: I'm actually not sure what i'll do with it.

Solas: And yet the world constantly looks at you for the answer. Restore the Chantry? Demolish it? [something something about responsibility/power of the inquisitor something]

Given my tendency to check on my companions and advisors for extra dialogue, me not talking to Cassandra and Leliana about their Divine Candidacy prior to the Temple of Mythal is rare. I was really on the fence about who I wanted as Divine for that playthrough so I decided to "save" their relevant dialogue opportunities until the last possible moment before the Final Battle if possible. That way I could just reload a save and change the scales at will basically. But I was surprised it triggered another dialogue option for Solas of all people.

I think I've always had that option when talking to him, regardless of who I've already talked to about whatever. The problem is, he asks the question whether you drank or Morrigan did and, if the latter, you really have no control over it at all. <_<

Really? I remember being surprised when I saw the option available for my character even though it was my 6th(?) playthrough. For all my times playing it, that as the first time I ever saw it on the dialogue wheel.

But it wouldn't be the first time I got my facts messed up about what is and isn't regularly available.

After the scene with Vivienne and Duke Bastien's relatives f you ask Josephine about visiting dignitaries she will tell you that the woman you met with Vivienne has a vote on who is to become the next divine.

Always knew Viv was up to something, just never knew what exactly until now.

There are other mirrors to visit in Trespasser. I had never gone off the obvious path. I think there were 2 or 3 of them with Revenants

Yep, the side quest mirrors are where you get The Taken Shape pieces from. Also some lore, possibly about Ghil'lainan (sp) or one of her priests being a wacko mad scientist. And, yes, lots of demons. :P

Today I learned that Sera has an approval quest like the other companions but it's extremely hidden. I was in Crestwood when I found some random barrel with random loot called a red jenny cache. I got some approval with Sera and a codex saying that the friends hid the caches throught the south.

So yes, that's new.

Oh yeah! I noticed on PT 3 that the Inquisitor glows blue as you they flee from Cory whether you drink from the Well of Sorrows or not. I thought that was odd. The mark is green. So, I guess Bioware assumed most people would drink and didn't bother to make an alternative cinematic

There are two codex entries to be gained by selecting Ferelden décor. There's an "examine" node on a dog statue and something else in the throne room. Also found the surgeon inside a building next to the quartermaster's place. Is this supposed to be the hospital upgrade?

Yes, that would be the upgrade.

I also figured out what those wierd "the Scream"-esque statues all over Hinterlands are. Or at least I think I did, I could be confusing these statues for another.

A codex in the Fade implies that the 'screaming statues' erected all over Fereldan were erected by the Alamaari due to the emergence of the blight/darkspwn. Something about putting their "screams" into the stone so that the darkspawn could hopefully get their fill of human terror and walk off, or have the fears burned away so that the alamaari could fight the darkspawn better.

An interesting bit of lore that I overlooked.

Mainly, it would make it seem as though the ancient Elves were in conflict with the Titans themselves, if not the Dwarves as well. Or vice-versa.

I haven't seen anyone bring this up yet. It really stuck out for me and I though I'd share :)

There's another interesting codex in trespasser that links to this conflict between the evanuris and the dwarves. Perhaps it has to do with Mythal killing that titan? The relevant part:

"Trying to remember that old bedtime song about Mythal. My mother sang it the night before the darkspawn came for my clan. It's the last time I ever heard her voice.

Ir sa tel'nal,
Mythal las ma theneras.
Ir san'a emma.
Him solas evanuris.
Da'durgen'lin,
Banal malas elgara.
Bellanaris, bellanaris.

Written beside each elven line is a corresponding phrase, likely a translation:

I am empty, filled with nothing(?),
Mythal gives you dreams.
It fills you, within you(?),
Making our leaders proud.
My little stones,
Never yours the sun.
Forever, forever.

Hahren said we had lost some of the old words. What if they have changed? Durgen'lin from durgen'len? Little dwarves, never yours the sun? What did Mythal do here?"
