Sorry but the search function seems to be bust again.

I preordered ME2 from EA's online store but never got the Inferno Armor, which as I understand was supposed to be sent to everyone who preordered. What's the deal with that?

Who did you pre-order through? I preordered through GameStop and GameStop is the one who had to e-mail me. They were in my junk folder... not sure how I missed them... PS Collector armour on FemShepard makes me feel like Witchblade!

Through EA directly. I kinda thought that you got the Terminus Armor if you preordered through Gamestop but the Inferno if you did it elsewhere... Of course I'm known to be wrong

Did you register your promo code in the bioware social site?

I did but i didnt get the incisor rifle ? either that or i am stupid and don't know how to get to it ? do u have to start a new game ?

To the left of your screen is the "Profile" button. Hover over that to bring out a drop down menu. Click on "Your Registered Game Promotions."  See if your Incisor is there for download.  If it is and you installed it you may just have to get to a point in the game where you can equip it.

There should be links on the BW social site to download your goddies. Minarri, you got a screenshot of that? I was going to buy Dragonage for that armor but GameStop screwed up and then TryMedia proved themselves to be nothing more than bots.

When you get access to the inventory equip screen.  I'm trying to do with without spoiling anything.  Just keep playing you'll be fine.

I preordered from Amazon months ago and still haven't received the Infernus armor e-mail. I read its supposed to come directly from Amazon, got my copy yesterday and still no code. Also, still no Cerberus Armor/Rifle from Bioware. This has got to be the worst DLC execution to-date, if they can't get it right, just don't do it....so annoying.

Look at my post "Redeeming promotional codes?". I give instructions. When you made your purchase, and if you qualified for the promotional stuff, then you would have been given an additional "promo key" or code for any additional DLC. You need to have manually registered your "Cerberus key" and "Game key" first on this website before you can use your "Promo key" to download other bonus content, - with the glaring exception of the universal free DLCs, "Zaeed" and "Normandy Crash Site", which apparently needs no prior game or C-network registration.

Hi, bolded portion is the problem for me at least.  Amazon is supposed to handle distribution of the promo key, and I haven't received mine yet.  I have all the other DLC, except for the Cerberus stuff, which is apparently a Bioware screw-up and unreleased so far.

I'm in the same boat.

I called Amazon customer support about it last night and they told me that Amazon would be sending out those mailings 7 days after the ship date. So, the games shipped on the 25th, look for the email on the 1st. That's what they told me anyway.

Seems a little off, but I reckoned I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and call them again as necessary.

I was told 10 days by Amazon, Bebop. Either way, it's BS that they don't have them available on launch day.

Yeah, just noticed the email from them clarifying to 10 days. Kinda screwy but I need to complete a playthrough of ME1 on PC anyway, so we'll see.
