[PC] How to fix Lag in MP?

i need help with this, i was experiencing strong lag/rubberbanding issues in last three rounds. i don't know what's causing this to happen.

Its because BW didn't see the need to have their own servers to host the games. You'r connecting to whoever is the leader of the grp and whatever connection they have is what you have to work with.

lots of things could effect that.  what platform are you on?  and its likely your hosts internet is choking  try another leader to compare

Bad peer to peer. P2P isnt ideal but its not nessecarily as bad as this. Ever play borderlands? Payday? Call of duty? They are all peer to peer and they work just fine. Bioware apparently doesnt know how to netcode.

good p2p will look at the users and determine "which person here has the best connection." In most games the host doesn't even know they are the host. The only way to find out is if the game has tells.

Bioware p2p says that the room leader is host which is terrible in both theory and practice. Not everyone can figure out that they are a terrible host for that time of day. If everyone is jumping all the time they aren't doing it for fun.

Borderlands and payday both have lobby leaders too. Ive never had the problems with them that i do with daimp.
