Wouldn't it be cool if we could use the face we constructed in the character creation tool for our character in MP? Better yet, if the character creation tool could allow you to create face for all the other races in the game too. So you could see yourself as an Asari or a Turian or a Krogan etc not just a human.

It would definitely be a nice touch to be that much customization over our multiplayer avatars. Hopefully, we can tweak our character's armor pieces as well; things like deciding to have a fully enclosed helmet or just a simple visor (each with different affects on gameplay).

In general though, Bioware should stick with the 'blank slate' characters for multiplayer; no pre-established personalities to deal with, just let the players create their own stories.

In the multiplayer there isn't story for each individual,  probably they won't put that in that part of the game although for he single player story i hope they improve alot from the previous games and from Dragon Age Inquisition (i haven't played yet, but i see the characters and they haven't improve really much in that and in the static eyes, hair too)

I think it would still need to be slider-based though (or equivalent) so that all the data to create every character exists on every client (just a matter of passing around hash values then I guess).

Custom textures like mapping photos to faces may be a bit more problematic though, on a number of levels... you'd not only have to share the images between all clients (a minor technical issue - interesting from a copyright perspective though) but I can almost guarantee that some people will use photos of penises or vaginas instead of faces if custom textures are supported... this is the Internet after all.
