I feel like an idiot, but I can't figure out how to go any further. I'm at the beginning of the Descent quest.  I've blasted the openings near the seal, then set up camp.  Then I took the lift down.  Now my next quest item says "Navigate the Warrens" and my little quest marker appears to be on the other side of a door that I can't figure out how to open.
 
There's a lever by the door, but the lever isn't active. I've walked around and around the area for anything that I can pick up or interact with, but there's nothing that I can see. So here I am.  What am I missing?

Unfortunately my memory is fuzzy on that exact location. Have you tried exiting the area and re-entering? Sorry I can't be of more help.

There should be a set of incomplete gears on the left side of the door, and a handle on the right. There are 3 gears you need to find (rather close) and install them. It appears that you didn't have a full load of the area since the gadgets are missing. I suggest repairing the dlc/game and trying again.

Thank you. I'll try reinstalling. I just wanted to find out if it was possibly a bug or if I was just oblivious to something. Sounds like maybe it's a glitch.
