Something to factor into the thinking of MP. In ME3 micro transactions allowed for faster upgrading but was not neccesary as the level design and horde mode made consumables a take it or leave it with no pressure to use them. Step forward DA3 and the design of MP changed. Suddenly becoming A to B levels to be pushed through with rewards depending on the level of success on penetrating those dungeons. Less rewarding and more consumable orientated to subtly entice players to spend to get those better DPS weapons and potions.

I expect MP will focus more on the DA3 design of MP. Difficult levels. Reduced reward. All to balance players more towards considering spending on micro transactions.

Well, considering how "popular" the DA:I MP is right now, I hope BW is going to be very careful with which ideas they copy from that design.

Also, a game that trolls heavily for micro transactions - I would guess is going to be extremely distasteful for many players,

and will be populated mainly by those that live and breath the game around the clock and cash whales.

Personally I hope that very little, if anything at all, gets copied from DAMP. I can't think of one thing that it does better than MEMP, and in a lot of cases the gameplay and mechanics to that mode were a step backwards.
