Is there any way to get more, or is it just something we have to see if BioWare wants to give us? Like do more unlock at higher levels or something, because when I played months ago I had way less then I do now.

I got multiple varieties of tier 3 mods, with different material types with both offense and utility.co just don't understand why daggers get so short changed unless they use dual blade. Normal daggers only have 1 tier 3 mod and it's primary material is metal, why wouldn't they at least have an all leather option or an option to get heal on kill with cloth, just seems like a missed opportunity. Why not allow us to use whatever materials we want for a mod, just maybe at a reduced cost to compensate, instead of 6 metal and 3 leather let us choose whatever materials we want, but only use 5 and 2?
