I have half a dozen heads in my override that use tattoo 1 for eyes & tattoo 2 for lips.

All the rest are reverse.

Is it a simple job to edit the .plt's to reverse the colours?

What program would I use to do this if it is?

PLT Editor. Its basically easy task, you just switch tatoo1 into cloth or some other unused channel on that head, then tatoo2 into tatoo1 and then clot into tatoo2
