i was setting up a bioware social account when it notified me that i already had an ea account, so i went along with it.

i entered both my pre-order code and code from within the box on this site and neither pieces of content have shown up on my. i then went to my ea account through ea.com to find that only my psn name was attached to the account so i tried adding my gamertag.

it was at this point that i found out my gamertag was registered to an old ea account and would not let me attach my gamertag to the selected account. i have NO IDEA what that account information is, and seeing as how this is an ea site, i was not surprised to see there was no way of recovering that account information or even linking my gamertag to this account.

WHAT DO I DO??? HELP PLEASE!

this is the worst way to have people redeem codes EVER! theres a damn reason theres a redeem code function ON THE DAMN SYSTEM!

You need to contact tech support to link your Xbox gamertag to the proper account, there is a thread on this forum explaining how to do it.



Also for future notice, my thread explains how to properly link your Xbox account to your EA account.
