I have just finished Legions loyality mission, before that I did Tali loyaltiy mission. I gave the evidence for Tali's fathers crimes.
But the Tali and Legion conflict dosnt happend right after Legions loylaity mission, is there a known gltich?

Since you don't have Tali's loyalty, there cannot be a loyalty dispute.

There will never be a confrontation between Legion and Tali if one of them isn't loyal
If you have an earlier save before turning over the evidence, load it up and don't give the evidence to the admirals thereby gaining Tali's loyalty and getting the confrontation between her and Legion

Agreed. I feel like the big factor was submitting the evidence by exposing Tali as being a sellout to her own people. To get the conflict you need to keep the evidence to yourself and tell the populous that she does good for her people.
i am 100% unsure here but getting Legion to rewrite instead of destroy the geth tied to the reapers factors in as well.
