While obv not for ammo but other supplies, in ME1 they sort of got around this with Saren/Geth always being one step ahead and leaving supply points around, which made more sense, though with a little bit of what you mention too. I'd rather manage weapons and heat sinks, a la ME1 than manage ammo like the subsequent titles. It was a bit disappointing that a new way of handling weapon management (no ammo, all cool downs) was abandoned so quickly.

Not that they will do it. But if I was traveling to another galaxy without a supply line I would pack my near unlimited ammo guns. But I'm sure the aliens in the new galaxy already use our guns.

CC you can access any time during the game.  My CC ability is deeply flawed and I don't need to see the first 15 mins of the game 47 times before my character stops looking like a mutant pig/dog hybrid.

Beautiful views from the windows on our ship. I mean stars and large planets and swirly nebulae. Views that change depending on where we're...parked.  A kind of skybox for our ship.

 

I like the idea of some weird alien pet bird that will occasionally talk and perhaps embarrass you by saying things it should not. Especially in front of company.

 

The space needs something to do and interact with otherwise it's cool space, but with no reason to be in it.

having access to a psuedo-internet where i can search for in-game historical data and other information(something like the codex but with an interface similar to a web browser. if andromeda is in the future this will be a good place to chuck in information about shepard. yay!)
