Nope, that the latest games all have huge plot holes, it is a fact, not an opinion. Then, of course, you might choose not to see them, but they exist nonetheless
Just how is it that you're going to define "plot hole"? Is it because you don't know what your Warden is doing? That's not a plot hole, that's a thread that hasn't been tied into the tapestry yet, and should never have even come up, considering we've been told countless times that their story was over. However, there are those amongst us that force the devs to hand walk them through what's happening with their characters even after their contribution is done, and so we get a war table mission for the HoF. The problem with identifying this as a plot hole is that my Warden is dead. She died killing the Archdemon in Denerim. There is no continuity problem, as she has a Memorial statue in Redcliffe.
Is it the OGB? That can't be a plot hole either, considering the fact that my Warden is dead, and was female, there is no OGB.
I get that you like to throw these terms around like they're important, and relevant, but they're even more important, and relevant, when you actually understand what they mean, and how to use them. Since we don't know if this was the last installment of the game series or not, it's hard to point at anything that wasn't tied up into a neat little bow for those that require it and say "Hey, that's a plot hole".
