Pretty sure SV has 400+ willpower. Those 35k hidden blades don't come out of nowhere..

Yes they do. EZ with Hakkon dagger. 6 hits at ~5k damage each isn't that ridiculous.

I am still far from there, currently at 364 Willpower.

Promotions make a lot of difference, there is no denial. But I think they help more on the defensive side than anything else.
Considering that defensive Promotions are capped at 170 and the minimum one needs to enter the Leaderboards nowadays should be no less than 110-120 per stat in addition to the fact that most Leaderboards people usually play among themselves, there has to be several strong teams out there capable of HB speedruns. As people continue to promote, perhaps Bioware should start thinking about a new 'unbeatable' difficulty.

I lack experience playing at higher promotions so it's harder for me to judge what's fair. I just know that I wouldn't attempt to seriously compete with someone who has 100 more willpower promotions than I do. There's also a psychological aspect to it.

A new difficulty would be cool, but chances are that it won't happen for a variety of reasons.

1. There are no more knobs to buff enemy HP. HP is tied to level and Heartbreaker already caps out at max (30). Level cap won't be changed according to Bluke and Mike Laidlaw. The fact that you're able to kill Demon commanders in less than 10 seconds doesn't help.

2. Heartbreaker had to be accessible to most players just like any other game content. We were given 30/30/30 stats to complete each faction, despite asking for better stats during testing.

3. Damp is close to end of support and there is a lack of internal testers. Shutdown of beta program doesn't help.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a Heartbreaker+. Maybe boost enemy attack/movement speed by 500% or increase their damage output via the difficulty_bonus multiplier. But ultimately you'll resort to tactics similar to those used to complete HB at lower promotes. It'd still be cool to see it happen and I encourage you to share the idea with the devs.
