Shards in the waste is bugged at 7/8 I've found all the occularum and the last one is at 0/0. I know which one it is (lonely light one) and it's the only one left on the map. It's faded out but there >.>'''

If I remember right, you get the Vitaar of the Dragon Slayer as loot from the Nox Morta.

Yeah, sorry, I don't know how to fix the shard problem.

It was apparently going around on launch. Didn't happen on my first file either >.>'''
Not sure what to do tbh. Wanted to do literally every quest before "what pride had wrought" to see if the DLC added any scenes. (I posited that finishing a main story line in an area added a group of people to the scene like the return to earth scene)

As I recall, the Lonely Light ocularum gives you two shards. Rock Top Ridge ocularum gives one shard.

Have had some of the shards not be visible ot the ocularum so that I could not find all of them (like getting stuck at 4/5), which used to mean reloading a previous save. It seems like they might have improved that with the last couple of patches.

Can't really do that. That would mean 30+ hours at least as I checked that occularum and did a whole bunch of stuff.
As I recall, the Lonely Light ocularum gives you two shards. Rock Top Ridge ocularum gives one shard.
But the lonley light is the only one faded out. The rest aren't on the map and I've gotten them all.
