I've noticed it here and there. I guess I didn't realize that it only happened if I died with rampage going and, let's face it, that doesn't happen often. I decided to google it and the first post I find is from 2014. Seriously? Can't get this fixed?
Rampage healing bug. Apparently been around since the beginning?

I have never seen it completely bug out since that fix. Are you talking about it not giving you health with auto-attacks, or abilities?

Nah, Reaper need a buff... except the ravagers & banshees, they are just fine (read: annoying) the way they are

Afaik it only stops healing you on Rampage when you die now. HoH for auto-attacks and perhaps even War Horn would still work.

I only asked because it was my understanding that HoH was never supposed to work with Dragon Rage, and usually when I hear people complaining about this it is because their Dragon Rage no longer heals them after they die.

Warhorn works after a knockout to heal when rampage is active. And its all a bit weird. Using warhorn that way may even reset the heal in hit to rampage if it becomes bugged. But more test should be done burvit did one game for me. There were no host migrations or anything else in game I just used warhorn and rampage reset when I was using it for attacks with dragon rage.

Once you go down the first time in a game rampage no longer heals you when using dragon rage.
It still works on war horn and auto attacks.
