I purposely went through the game without going any loyalty
and not researching any upgrades. However I was generally nice to the rest of
my crew, including Miranda and on the final mission I allowed her to lead the
second squad and took her with me to the final battle. When I was about to destroy the station, the Illusive Man ordered Miranda to stop me but she refused and sided with me. Are there any choices that would lead to Miranda siding with the Illusive Man?
