Instead of axing the off topic board, why not instead work on fixing the issues with this forum first?

 

I for one am sick and tired of me clicking on "so and so responded to your comment" in the notifications menu and it take me to a random page in the thread instead of the comment itself. And I am also sick and tired of me clicking on a thread in the forums itself and it not take me to the newest page.

Possibly,.. probably operator failure. Please note that the notification message text contains multiple different links. Pay attention to which you are clicking.
