"No"
The cool kids are on the VSN anyway.
Welp... This was a stupid decision. Good way to be really unfriendly to your community. I mean How many folks posted in Off-Topic on a regular basis? Couldn't you even idk... Migrate the popular threads or something? I mean clearly they had some interest at least! I mean seriously there must be some interest if a thread can last 4 years and generate over 2000 pages and more than 40k in posts. Forums is now mostly dead to me. I guess I'll just go prattle off about things somewhere in another forum across the webs till this terrible decision is reversed..
Just be patient. They'll get to it when they get to it, and we'll still be here to remind them if they forget, which I doubt they will given the thread's almost got a hundred pages.
Which is admittedly a lot less than some of OT's best threads(Skyrim, RWBY, Our Faces, Music, etc etc).
Man, I'm feeling the feels again.
There's only so much you can say in a one-sided conversation before you start repeating yourself.
Thats basically what we've been doing for a while now. If not as individuals, as a group of people who are united in their disappointment.
Just wow.. there are poor ways of handling it and then there's how Bioware is handling it. Atrocious

Thats exactly how we don't ask for help, or attention, or care. Which we need right now. Last thing we want is to be blown off, right?
I don't know if comments like that are gonna help matters.
Losing the Skyrim thread is a huge loss of asset info, and I will miss the laughs some in OT bring daily. This will be the first time that I can recall the Bioware forums not having OT, but my memory is faded a bit. Really kind of sad.
That said, I can understand it. So many come here to hate on Bioware, and the Devs are reading posts of name calling, deceptive fiction, threats, etc. I half expected all the boards to come down a long time ago, but was hoping that CP would be brought back to help as a full time Community Mgr; not this.
Things have not been good as they used to be, and it is getting worse. Personally am hoping for some changes towards progress.
Never understood bioware complaing about the vitriol on the forums. It's their house and they don't keep it clean. They don't lock threads that they should and don't ban posters like they should. Heavy moderation is needed if they want a change.

He's a stinker and a bug tbh.

Lemme just point out that when bobobo says this, he's just playing around.
At least I hope so because if not I was also a stinker and a bug once hahaha

Were you? I googled the phrase, and the only other instance I could find of it was this. http://forum.bioware...ead/?p=12004477
I'm not asking for help. No help is coming.
Like I said before, I'll keep fighting.

Well, no ****? Lol.
Also, I must chuckle at every person here complaining about the forum changes who were totally OK with bioware dropping support for 360 and ps3 for DA inquisition. Here's the obligatory you're not entitled, it was free anyways blah blah blah. Hahahahahahaha!
Everyone else who was not a jerk about the old gen getting screwed, you have my sympathy. Really. Cause what bioware did is just one link in a line of turds. I figured they would ****** off the fan base again, but not this soon. Damn.
It's one thing to drop support for consoles (which they should be doing and I'm glad) and locking away a section of their forum. You can't really compare those specific things together.

You say that like it hasn't happened already.
If you measure how long it takes the company to write a simple and conclusive response to this thread you kind of get why "the wardrobe" is released almost a year after the feature was requested and that is supposedly a carebear feature.
"We apologize, but off-topic will not return. end. of. line."
There, that update is free of charge.
But for you EA that will be 14,99 $, american $$$.
