So, some gameplay footage has been leaked, and I thought about sharing what I noticed there, in case anyone still visit this thread, that is. No story spoilers of course.
- Console has hot keys for stimpacks and any weapon you select, wich is quite useful in my opinion.
- Stimpacks have a short animation in wich the protagonist injects it. And also, stimpack is not a instant heal. It takes a couple of seconds for the health bar to fully regenerate.
- Sadly, lockpick is not like in Skyrim, and you can't try to pick locks at all unless you have the necessary skill.
- This one is going to ****** some people off: Weapons no longer have condition, meaning they will never break and you can use them as much as you want.
- Texture quality looks oddly bland in the overall game. I hope the game looks better then that in the final release
- Character animations during cutscenes leaves some to be desired. Facial expressions are rather awkward at times, and overall animations are nowhere near to the level of other games like dragon age or the witcher.
- Looting happens in real time, but the game pauses when you use the pipboy.
- Combat music is pretty different of what we are used to. Some of it reminds of the soundtrack in Borderlands 2 in particular.
