Mmhm...only as sad as you make it really. I avoid getting too overly attached to characters, so it isn't a big deal for me, but the question you must ask is

Is the whole town worth Chloe? It really depends how you play Max. Plus, I think the end is opened ended enough where you can decide who made it wand who didn't. if that makes you feel any better, you see no bodies therefore its out in the open.

I would expect us to see references from season 1 though. Like a tv news talking about Arcadia bay destruction, or instead about the scandal of the creepy murderous teacher. Maybe an easter egg were we see a picture with Max, were she is with Chloe, Warren or her friends depending on choices. Stuff like that.

Looks more like they'd like to do one, but nothing's been decided yet.  And translations made it out to be "Yes, we're doing a sequel"

I have no clue if anyone still pops in here every now and then now that only one milestone is left in the Life is Strange lifespan - that being the full retail release sometimes in January - but there's still something about the game that I find... special.

 

I suppose I'll just leave this here.

After playing through some of it, I think I can safely say that the game Undertale was the result of Chloe convincing Max to take some hardcore Hallucinogenics and the whole game was Max's drug trip. I base this on the simple fact that the PC kinda sorta looks like an 8-bit Max.
