Already sent a PM to him about it. Not to contest it, but to ask how to go about contesting it. I want to know how so I can do it appropriately instead of throwing an issue at someone that can't help or isn't involved.
Edit- Well, basically the course of action is to contact a moderator that you CAN reach, and bring it up there. As far as I can tell.

Help me out here, how does one go about contesting a warning point given by a mod account?
Because I was just given one and I'd like to contest it but can't as the account that gave me the warning doesn't accept personal messages.
So I'm at a loss as to how I'm supposed to discuss it and potentially get it removed, assuming someone even would.
