Hmmm ... maybe I should dig out Witcher and start playing. I have Witcher 1 and 2 but only spent about 10 mins on Witcher 1 before putting both away. I have about a hundred or so games on which I spent an hour or less. Blame my propensity to buy games and ME3.
I hated the QTEs and stupid battles in confined places in the Witcher. Witcher 2 looked promising but I couldn't bring myself over to continue the game at some point.

There is an option that allows you to switch the QTE to easy mode.

I know, but that doesn't help when there is no tell for what to do in a busy fight. The game failed at the very first bossfight when people had to grab one of the tentacle arms - how would I know I had to grab them to proceed? I had to look it up how it's done. But I quit when they pitted me in that 9x9 m batle with the assassin of the kings, that's when I said enough is enough. I've never camped the box of shame either - give me some space to breath and I'm fine - confine me and I'm gonna rage.

Scorewhoring isn't that hard to do in this game.
1)Kill smalls quickly and effectively.
2)Rocket a good spawn on five, eight, nine, and extraction. Only missile strong spawns but leave with no rockets.
3)Bonus points if you ignore objectives and kill everything while your teammates finger themselves in the hack zone. You go retrieve the STG data hidden in that boulder over there, I'm gonna go over here and negotiate with the enemy with my shotgun.
