I have a problem and a question.  I've been using the keep since it opened with no trouble, but hadn't logged on in some time.  After completing my second (and possibly final) playthrough this week, I wanted to go online and update my history with Inquisition, using that playthrough as my base.  However, after several days of trying on my PC, I am unable to log into the keep.  It keeps timing out/crashing while connecting to the EA servers.

 

On a whim, I tried to log on using my Android phone on my Wifi connection, and got the same result.  Just out of curiosity, I then switched to 3G, and boom, instantly connected and logged on.  

 

Due to where I live, I am unable to get "normal" broadband and use Hugesnet Satellite for my home.  While I've logged into the keep at various times in the past with no trouble, have there been any changes made that would lead to trouble with Satellite connections?  I'm thinking that there's something going wrong with data being sent back and forth that's getting messed up.  I sometimes have trouble with other "advanced" websites these days as well.

 

I appreciate any help and ideas.

Chrome.  On both the PC and phone.

Could be something to do with your isp. Try opera mini and activate the feature that uses less data and speeds up the page loading (on your phone) using the wifi.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'd never used Opera before, but it also failed on my PC (Firefox too).  They all give a different suggestion as to what the problem might be, lol.  Always related to the date being sent from my PC to the server though.  I'm 100% positive that it's an issue with the site and my provider "not liking" one another.  I used to have problems with my PS3 too.  Just weird that it worked fine at first and then for months afterwards, just not now.

 

The phone works fine while on 3G, but using the Keep on the phone is a pain in the rear end.  I may use it as a last resort if needed before DA4 comes out, but that's obviously a long ways into the future.

If anyone else is interested, I think that I've determined, as conclusively as I can, that my issue is with the EA servers specifically, and not Dragon Age or The Keep.  I am having an almost identical problem connecting online to Madden on my PS4, and everything else on the PS4 works just fine online.  

 

I'm not nearly tech savvy enough to understand what the problem is, but clearly they've changed something in the last few months where their system doesn't like my connection.
