Ever just want to a see a particular cut-scene in a game but you've already past the part, and to see it again would mean another 15 hour playthrough until you get to that part.

Yeah, this wouldn't be such a issue for people on PC who have access to Fraps but since most all games are aimed at Console players is this a easy option? (I think the newer consoles do have something like this). I myself am a PC Gamer, but even with Fraps, there is the issue of the space such video takes up, or the fact that I might want to edit the characters appearance, change their clothes/armor and see them in that scene again. I know BioWare does a lot of in the moment dialog and response based actions, sometimes mixed in what feels like a Cut-Scene, but even still perhaps this viewer could remember your choices and just make them instantly, or better yet after you've done such a event and saved the scene is played out normally without the dialog select part, or paragon/renegade selection part based on the choice you previously made when using the viewer.

This is just a quick idea, after having thought about some of my favorite scenes in previous ME games and not being able to see them again unless i went through another playthrough.

They definetly should.

It's one of the reason i love Resident Evil. U can sometimes just sit, and replay all the scenes just for pleasure.

Sometimes small things are the one making us enjoying the game the most.

YouTube would help, but it's just not the same, isn't it? Yes the cutscenes would be good to revisit, maybe there could've been something we missed and want to see it again.

Sometimes I try to memorize language styles in Mass Effect too, I'll admit. And the cutscenes are full of intelligence and nice to see again. Always trying to get better at the literary art.
