I have 2 stacks of this item's FT version, the other does the hidden blade thingie, but no idea on this one.Anyone knows what will this masterwork do for real? The 2 descriptions seem to contrtadict.A 10% mana reduction without condition sounds nice, but the focus one is less interesting. What drops this version? I only saw the blade one on the wikis. If it's really 10% mana reduction - is it useful to a rift mage?I read they dont need more mana at all because of restorative veil.
Unless my tooltips after using gear with this equipped are broken, yes, it lowers mana cost by 10%, not focus stuff. I just used this ![]()
As for if it's useful on a rift mage, well, I don't really know! Up to you, but I might go with something else.

Yeah, the two data files don't always match up. For a while, the left side would say Bleeding while the right said Sundering, for all the mats that cause Sunder. Or maybe it was my other left.
Truth seems to be 10% less mana/stamina cost.
They're both bad, though. You should cry when you get that instead of Hidden Blades. ![]()

The mana/regen reduction is really nice for necromancers because all their spells cost too much. Can hidden blade masterwork proc off of dots?

If it were cooldown instead of mana/stamina, I'd be totally with you. Even with buffs, I'm rate limited more by cooldown than by mana/stamina.

On rift and KE rate really drives it but those 65 mana necro spells that cannot crit can really regulate output.
