Just wondering if anyone completed WEWH main quest before and after (seperate PTs) completing the Exaulted Plains. I heard that dialogue can change..does it change on who you support or just acknowledging the fact the civil war is over..or? I ask because if it does change some dialogue, I might do it after the Ball for the first time.

Not much changes. You can say it's over and who won, and the guys in charge that you can say that to have a short reply. that's all I noticed.

The commanders don't go anywhere, so you can always go back to the Exalted Plains afterward and tell them who won (they won't know until you tell them, and they really don't have much to say).
