Hello,

I had entered my promo code and downloaded the Inferno Armor preorder item.  However, I had to reformat my computer last night and forgot to backup that file... Is there any way to redownload the item?  I can't go through the regular method because it asks me to enter a promo code and mine is already in use... Thanks in advance!

Yes. To the left of your screen is the "Profile" button. Hover over that to bring out a drop down menu. Click on "Your Registered Game Promotions."
