Well, I mean, think about it.  Why did Alistair McNeely shut down, or at least stop posting on, all of his social media accounts?  He knew we had the picture.  Anything he said could be used against him.  Now, if we can just figure out what it says.

 

What I'm doing now is trying to account for the folds in his shirt (that happen whenever you're wearing a shirt like that and sitting forward) in approximation to where the camera is.

 

EDIT :  And plus, y'all aren't being much help.  

 

Unless you are a master coder, super sleuth, FBI technical specialist or something like that, I don't think we're going to get beyond a few pixelated red and black blobs.

 

Because when I scrolled in and looked at the picture closely, I THOUGHT I saw something, but it turned out to be a fingerprint on my monitor.

If anonymous/reddit (I forget which) can find an animal abuser simply by the shirt he was wearing and what was behind him and have him busted, then we can surely find out what this says.

There is no writing there, though. That's faint red blobbing on either side of the strap is pixelation from the image not being high res enough to allow that level of zoom in. The only actual red is the geometric design on the lanyard strap. I think you are barking up the wrong tree, man. That's not the shirt. (Or it is the shirt and the secret IP logo/name is on the back of it rather than the front.)

It was a silly prank and a tweet that was (I think) meant to be taken in a light-hearted way. Spending a dozen hours scouring the internet and zooming in on pixels seems a bit like overkill

While I do count myself among the Sherlock fandom, I must be a casual cus I have not seen that before. lol

 

I don't know if I'd say the BSN at that level, yet. (Or maybe we passed it a long time ago and I can't tell anymore?  )

 

I think the tweet was in earnest and he really was wearing the shirt around. Its just that this isn't SDCC or something. So no one got a picture. I don't think he was lying about wearing it.

 

And *he's* not showing a pic now cus he's, I dunno... leaving it up to fate? Letting the hype train build? (That *is* trolling, but its expected trolling, imo, so I don't hold it against him. Yet. lol)

It doesn't say anything. It's a single-color design on the strap of a lanyard that's not even related to BioWare.
