And when Wynne says you are a blood mage, and you fight versus all, you can kill Cullen, why this isnt in the Keep or mentioned by Cullen in Inquisition?

Could be funny Cullen be killed by his love, more development to his hate to the mages, and a mention like Leliana has on the "Hero" of Ferelden
This scene was a late cut/removal from the game. If you read the video's description on youtube they explained how they got it to happen.
So in the proper game, no. You can't kill Cullen, well unless you play the Darkspawn Chronicles alternate universe dlc haha

Don't tease people like that! Thought this was a real thing I missed.
The scene was in the game, but was cut because it could leave you without anyone from the mage/templar quest in the endgame. It's been restored in the Morrigan Restoration Patch as a seperate download due to the fact that playing this scene can actually break the game.
