Interesting! But what four races do you think about?

Errr... I don't get it. I originally assumed you thought of something like Krogan's uplift and subsequent rebellion. But there is nothing that would imply that the morals of these races undergone any changes during their history... and we know basically nothing of the Inusannon, definitely not enough to judge whether they were "evil" or not.

They blew up another race over a planetary eezo stash, Bakara explains that krogan were already on self destructive path and the salarians simply accelerated the timetable greatly, so technically you could throw slarians in there under extreme amorality (yahg, krogan, genophage, fishdogs, various viruses, etc)

These races imposed their morality on everyone around them, which is a pretty textbook definition of evil.

Not in any textbooks I've read. I'm kidding as yes some philosophies espouse a no universal good or evil and allow things such as oppression, slavery, murder, robbery as moral and good. But most people don't see it that way. Imposing your no slavey moral on others is rarely seen as evil. Imposing your don't go on a psychotic rampage moral on others usually not seen as evil.

Not seen as evil by those who see slavery as evil. But that's pretty far from the original topic.
