This may help some of you who had the same problem as me with the promo code.

So I go to the website to active the code for terminus armor and the "black hole" gun. I then register an account thinking there is no way I already had one. Then I enter the code thinking my GT is linked by the email I use for it. Then I see I must link my GT (yeah I was in a rush). So I try linking my GT, and **** apparently I already had an account and could not link my GT. So I spent 20 figuring out the correct email/password and shows that my GT is linked to that account. But now the promo code is useless, so what did I do besides almost attempt suicide.

Link a spare account on your 360 (might work with silver too) to the new account you just created, then the dlc is now attatched to said spare account automatically because you already entered in the promo code. Now just go on me2 with that 2nd account, download the armor/gun pack in the main menu. Sign out and the armor and gun with be on your main Gamertag.

Hope this helps anyone who entered the promo code in this confusing site with bad directions.
