Dragon Age: Origins > The Arl of Redcliffe > Choices [Bella]

 

I didn't meet Bella until too late in the game, and there's no option to say that I never encountered her. It's just on the default "Bella left Redcliffe" slide, which isn't accurate. If it's ever updated, Keep should add slides for optional quests that can't be returned to.

Well, if you didn't help her, then her leaving redcliffe on the darkened tile is the correct option.
