Does anyone here know what source material this picture comes from?

It looks like possibly one of the 4th edition source books. I never delved into that release though, and I know few who did.
Could even be one of the D&D Encounters books. I know some of them focused on familiar locations like this.
I google searched on the image but the only place it comes up is on a forum and pinterest. Neither have referenced the image so both are dead ends.

It's before 4th edition, Luskan was pretty much destroyed in 4th ed. It's probably one of the 3.5 books.

I tried a reverse image search with Bing earlier. I found nothing useful either, probably the same links as those two were in my three results.
Why do you need to know where it came from? I have the sourcebooks, but I'm not going to look through them without reason.

I wanted to see if it had more detailed information on some of Luskan's locales. I have found a lot of information online, but I thought this looked like an interesting read. I am working on a Luskan map in my module.

Though it doesn't have that specific map, the sourcebook Volo's Guide to the North has twenty pages on Luskan.
