Why can you afford to be picky?

All the people rushing to get in the door? I can literally pick and choose who'd live and die.

That seems to be the prevailing opinion of most people that subscribe to hate groups. I mean this statement is so vague I would be surprised if it isn't some sort of official hate group response statement.

(Can't tell if you are being sarcastic. :))

It can also be the statement for anyone or any group here either. I'll leave you with the floor to state how Cerberus is a hate group.

I'll respond with how they aren't.

I'm not being sarcastic. I am being irritated, especially if you're labeling me as a racist.

So you would see yourself as the final arbiter over who lives and dies eh? Line them up and chose?

No thanks. Even if it's just an ideology that remains I just don't want them involved in any way whatsoever anymore. Cerberus is done.

I wouldn't be adverse to it. If it's my job, it's my job.

I don't have any moral recourse here that would satisfy you.

So you admit your post was purposely vague? Why make the post then?

I consider them a hate group because you can fit the tags of 'human superiority' and 'anti-alien' to them. Most hates groups, to me, fit certain categories not all of them but they really only have to fit into one category.

I think that you don't believe they are a hate group because they have an awesome PR department, but we cannot ignore their actions.

Hate groups don't consider themselves as hate groups because 'hate group' is a negative term. So, of course, Cerberus describes themselves differently. How would you define Cerberus, basing this definition on their actions. I think you would describe them as an organisation that would do anything to advance humanity above other alien species.

(Remember don't be weird, if this argument was about you I would have nothing to say.:))

In the end the Illusive Man was right. Controlling the Reapers could lead to a massive advance for humanity.

What ideology? Everyone we speak to about Cerberus gives us a different ideology.

Depending on the setting of this game, we could either see Cerberus Operatives or just someone with similar ideology.  Considering that their ideology basically boils down to, "ensuring that humanity has a future", I'm sure we'll see someone that shares those particular feelings in Andromeda, but one doesn't need to be a part of Cerberus to be that way.  If the ARK theory is correct, I'm almost certain that at least some Cerberus Operatives will have found their way into the ARKCON program.  I, for one, wouldn't mind seeing a Cerberus Agent who abandons his/her mission because of the dangers in Andromeda.
