i got a bug with daeghun, when i return to him in act2 and try to talk to him he turns to look at me but the conversation never starts , so i would i really appreciate if someone could tell me some console command to fix this situation or at least to be able start conversation with him again

i tried both but the conversation itself never starts, for example if i would try to talk to from behind him he would just turn around but wouldn't say ANYTHING , no text , no voice , nothing. And before you ask in the console it said with both commands that they were succesful but still nothing.

The second command doesn't do anything except set a variable that might be needed later.
The problem, as far as i can tell, is that the dialog-node you're looking for is marked as "OnceOnly" - which means if the game already tried to show it but failed for whatever reason, it won't show again. No script or console command can help with that, as far as I'm aware (and a possible workaround is just too complicated for me to want to get into).
the developers should never have put in that "OnceOnly" var but there it is,
- so run the second command ( "00_nDaeghun_Mom" ) and hope for the best. If you want the juicy bits,
