Milky Way
How do you think they should make a Milky Way based game, without intervering with the ME3 endings?

Well I know some might not like only 1 ending being made canon, if they picked a different ending.

Bioware doesn't have to make one of the endings canon. They can ignore the endings and choose a different ending to make canon. The guy did tell the kid that the details have changed over time.
Here is an idea for a return to the Milky Way.
Mass Effect: Rebellion
Where you play a turian (giving a male and female option), a race who hasent yet become a member of the Council, who's worlds come underattack by Krogan forces.
I would like to see more of this alien culture and see their homeworld in game. When Andromeda is released, we are going to have 4 ME games with a strong focus on humanity. Give us a galaxy that is lacking space faring humans for once. I also want to see the Krogan at the height of their power.
Though some would hate being forced to play an Alien, which I think could be a big factor in Bioware never making games set pre-Human's exlporing the galaxy.
Why would we ever return to the Milky Way? The whole point of these new game is exploring uncharted territory away from the Mass Effect 3 endings.

Setting it far in the future, and ignoring key decisions players made (i.e whether geth or quarians were wiped out, or both live, genophage, whether everyone is cyborgs or not, etc). Bioware would have to ignore at least some decisions players made, if they made a Milky Way post-ME3 game.
I'm going to say wait and see how Andromeda does until I answer this question.
If Andromeda is great and it tells an interesting story that leaves me wanting more, wanting to explore more of the new settings and cultures, then I'd be happy to stay there for however many games they can keep that up.
If not, or if the story it tells is rather contained and doesn't leave a lot of room for further exploration, then sure, head back to the Milky Way. Plenty of ways to do that. Set it during the original series, set it before the original series, make one of the endings canon, throw all the endings out the door and make a whole new ending canon, if they're feeling particularly ambitious, make a game that fully explores all three potential world states in the wake of ME3.
But again, I can't say whether or not I want to stay in Andromeda until I actually see what Andromeda has to offer.

The vast majority of the Milky Way is unexplored leaving it in the first place is completely unnecessary.

They already ignored a couple of decisions before choosing an ending

Yep Udina for instance is the councilor in retribution no matter what so its not far fetched for Bioware to do it again.
oh god is this stupid thread still going?
PEOPLE, there's no way you can properly speculate about ME5 when ME4 isn't even out yet. Jesus..........
I don't really see them going back to the Milky Way anytime soon, especially if the story in ME:A ends on some sort of cliffhanger in Andromeda.

Your right. But those decisions are not on par with say whether or not the Reapers were destroyed. If Bioware makes a post-ME3 Milky Way game, they are either going to have to ignore people keeping the Reapers alive (synthesis, control), or ignore the decision to wipe them out.

For some reason your'e stuck in the MW.
Bio is writing a new chapter in the Mass Effect IP. The only nods the studio will give you, to make it feel like a ME game, is/are some familiar race(s) (ie: Krogan), the Mako, some weapons, the three man Strike Team, dialogue and romance.
Everything else is new.
Shouldn't Bioware reach out to Telltale for that?
If a BioWare IP ever gets episodic treatment, I'd really rather that BioWare themselves made it.
