Anyone happen to know what this weapon is and how to get it?

I mean it could be a lot of things. It's probably the avvar war maul, you find it in the main quest line of jaws of hakkon. You get a total of 2.

Looks like the barbarian lord maul. It's random loot, so there's probably a schematic somewhere. With luck it will turn up, or you can visit Val Royeaux or the Black Emporium and check if it is available there.

Nah man, there's a lot of weapons and armors we can't make. That's one of them. I think most avvar stuff/random loot can't be made.

I know for sure that the leader of the Blades of Hessarian on the Storm Coast has a chance to drop it.
