Oh I don't know him so much, I never adventured a lot with him, even though I completed his personal quest.

when you say his personal quest, do you mean the one in Val Royeaux?

Edit. With regards to your party composition, ie: Cass plus a warrior Inquisitor. It should work out fine.
I usually play as a Mage, so my party consists of Iron Bull, Blackwall or Cass, and Cole as my Rogue. I have Iron Bull and Blackwall keep the attention of the big two handed guys, while my Mage and Cole pick of the smaller targets. I do the same if I use Varric as my Rogue too.

No, just the artifacts, sorry... forgot to mention... my bad.

As for the party... I've already decided tank and mage, I only need to decide between the two ranged rogues. The mage is my 1st char, a Qunari mage, Knight.

I personally prefer Varric.....Sera always seems to get too close to the bad guys in my game and thus, attract attention. However, I've started giving her and Varric the Stealth skill. So if an enemy comes too close, they tend to stealth out and move away from danger.
Also, I've found it best to always set Rogues to follow a Mage (except Viv) rather than follow themselves. They survive a Hell of a lot longer that way.

Sera if you want your dialogue to consist of her making childish remarks towards the rest of the party. Varric if you want to control the battlefield better.

I usually pair Varric with Vivienne just to see if they bicker and insult each other, but the party banters never came :(

Once you have fully completed Blackwall's story you will have that answer, and yes it is no. If you have completed Blackwall's personal quest and gathered all the Grey Warden materials, I believe you now just need to advance to the end of the game and Blackwalls destiny will become available Without spoiling anything, I will add though, that depending on wat decision you make regarding the fate of the Wardens will determine whether or not this will be available or not. Or else on my play through, it wasn't and I have determined that the reason. But you will see what I'm referring to when the opportunity arrives.

Oddly, I just wanted to initially say "Yes". Both are rather handy to have around, and both have their own unique strengths, although Bianca is "harder" to keep up than just crafting a new bow every once in a while.

Bianca keeps up better after JOH DLC, if I recall correctly you can get another schematic somewhere in there that has a higher DPS count for Bianca than the vanilla ones. Still not as good as Seras bows, but better still.

Has anyone forget Varric's hail of harrows/leaping shot spam? Dragons die just nearly as fast.  Also Varric's ability is more team oriented. Granted Bianca gets gimped pretty hard in early to mid levels but seriously game difficulty should be a very minor concern nowadays given the introduction of powerful new schematics, items and more abundant crating materials.

Tier 4 Bianca upgrades are introduced in the Descent dlc, still not as powerful as the very best crafted bow in the game but steamrolling nightmare is more than enough.
