First thing that popped into mind was Ability Draft One Hit kill/death mode.
Basically; You one hit enemies but they also one hit you (also there is special Blar mode where it just sends you right into The Fade). And you get your party members' skills.
Templar -> Archer's skills
Archer -> Necro's skills
Necro > Silent sister's skills
Silent Sister -> Templar's skills.
But then again I'm sort of wasted right now.

Longshot would kill half the map per use
...But...
Pugs will try using Legionnaire's invincibility and still do terrible.
