So, this is a bit of a random post, but during my (first) playthrough of DA:O, I found a weapon that had no icon and was unusually powerful for early-game loot. It was called Spellpike. I tried looking it up, but couldn't find anything about it, not even on the wiki. AFAIK, it's not part of any mod, as I don't have any content mods.

Does anybody know more about it?
With those OP stats and missing material, it's very unlikely that's a vanilla item. (Also, I've been through the items in the toolset pretty thoroughly, when I made a mod that added in a lot of omitted and unavailable items, and never came across such a thing.)
A bit of googling turned up a reference to something called Spellpike that is included in Improved Atmosphere, and an issue with it not having a proper icon... you say you have no content mods installed, but have you ever used IA in the past?
ETA that, FWIW, I just fired up the toolset to confirm that there's no vanilla greatsword with that name or model.
And a quick look through the files from IA turns up a file (gen_im_wep_mel_gsw_arw.uti), for a 'custom' greatsword called 'Spellpike'.
Yep, that's from Improved Atmosphere mod... it's basically two-handed version of Spellweaver, I think you find it in Brecilian Forrest in the ruins. As for an icon missing - I'd say it's a bad install problem... missing material too (should display "Fade material" as far as I remember).

You're right, this is indeed from IA. This is a really silly mistake, I thought I did not have anything installed aside from DA:O Fixpack and a storage chest mod, but apparently I installed this as well. I installed all of my mods at least 8 months ago (and stopped playing for a long time), so that's why I didn't remember it.
