I'm very satisfied with what I've read so far.

>post-epilogue/conclusion

>narrative flow (story>exploration)

>companion-focus

>outcomes of previous choices

>wardrobe feature

To top it off, the premise is interesting. Qunari conflict, with some Solas splashed in there, on a political backdrop.

It sounds like we'll be getting a taste of what our Divine choice resulted in, too, which is one of the things I was most curious about. I wonder if abominations are running rampant across Southern Thedas since I made Leliana Divine. It's only the logical conclusion, I hear.

Possibly an ultimate sacrifice too, as it seems to hint at the death of the Inquisitor as well as that reference by a dev on Twitter about the 10th Doctor.  <_<

I doubt they're going to do that after the reception they had with ME3's ending. Maybe as an option, but no way they will force the death of the main character again.

I said that too. I think having it as an option could make for some interesting role play though!

It's zero because you gave them no motivation. Seriously you had not one though of trying to avoid all you see in that mission form happening.

I tried to give him he wouldn't accept it.

On topic , i don't know what to make of the trail all i can think about how the trail will play out , and what invoked the qunaris.

Yes Flemeth is dead but Mythal is very much alive and her appearances have consisted of her usually saving or assisting the main character in some way and requesting a favor of her own. I cannot help feeling like her true motives have yet to be revealed and that they could be some more ultimate evil plan of hers. She may indeed not be evil like I think, but she surely cannot be considered a "good guy" and her conversation with Solas is more indication that her motives are vile. I have a feeling that if not soon, in future Dragon Age titles she will pose too big a threat and have to put down and for good. I don't know how or why but I refuse to view as her as harmless or at all kindhearted. Her ties to whoever players choose to drink from the well are subjected to her will and could very well the force that will defeat Mythal for good. It would be best suited for Morrigan to fill this role, as she clearly still wants vengeance on her evil ancient witch mother, but I dunno what their gonna do.

I

And the plot holes (for lack of a better term) I referred to are the almost infinite and endless possibilities these players are faced with and I just do not forsee anyting but chaos, unanswered questions, and mass confusion resulting because the choices are going to either create conflict with a player's certain path or it will make little to no sense and not stick true to the decisions you have already made. It just seems to limitless and extremely complicated to do and do right. Instead of creating these plot conflicts, I believe to be efficient and evolve as a series which it is surely going to have to accomplish to continue on as a genre, will need to stick to conventional means and have an already designated character that everyone will play as and while certain less linear choices could be made, the infinite variations  fades away allowing Bioware to focus on its main plot without complication and endless possibilities your Decisions have created. It is just far too many twist s and far too many different game content. Eventually DA will have to settle on a hero or existing character and let them control to exist. Srry for being long, but DA will never prosper or evolve if too msny ending possibilities plague the gameplay and plot. There are just WAY too many variations and will most certainly have to be a problem in DA advancing the plot. I just can think of several examples of how choices could provide quite complicated and could require more attention than the mages or Templars could spare.  So, these are the "plot holes" I referred to and I believe it would benefit all if it was never included again. Its wonderful to be able to choose every choice and shape the destiny of all you meet, but it is also massive amounts of time and energy wasted on an irrelevant subject. These are just my beliefs and opinions, and I believe a conventional hero with a set background would be the best way to keep it simple and create way less of a headache for development issues.

Yes Flemeth is dead

Has that been confirmed by the devs yet? Because becoming petrified doesn't necessarily = death.

Whoa wait... in the trailer it looks like Solas petrified those Qunari... that could easily mean she's just under a spell.

Not to mention rail-roading the Inquisitors' character into a child throwing a temper tantrum. I hated how they did that to my Shepard in ME1 and I hate it how they've done it here ><.

You don't know whether that line is autodialogue or a choice.

Well, Solas also sucked the godhood/life force out of her and left her a withered husk. Those Qunari in the trailer just look to be turned to stone.

Yes you are correct she is not dead, Mythal isn't but I meant the false existence and façade that was Flemeth. She no longer impersonates to even be a human does Mythal, and that is what my statement is speaking of. Sorry for the confusion though, and in time I hope Bioware makes it an option to fight her again, as she was brutal in DA Origins and woulda been tough to beat if wynne was not with me. I just know that she has some big secret evil motive that will be revealed one day and she will HAVE to be dealt with, or at least that's what I believe will become of her. But we should possibly see Mythal in the upcoming DLC which Im stoked for but more than that, I am real eager to slay Solas and destroy him for betraying me, I was especially good to him and even had his respect for me at its peak, and I look forward to learning more about the real Solas and his treachery. CANT WAIT FOR THE NEW DLC!

It doesn't give me much hope about that anyway. The fact that they showed that line in the trailer suggests that it is what the creators feel to be the right path. If it is a choice then the person who made the trailer made the wrong choice of video to put together.

The panel seems to imply that this is not a fringe group of fanatical Qunari, this is the will of the Qun.

So there will be nothing to feel sorry for when the disproportionate retribution comes.

If five minutes can get us some answers, then that's fine with me. I loved Witch Hunt, even if Morrigan was only in the last five minutes. The only downside was that it was not a relevant DLC for all types of Wardens.

And ****, this is the most excited I've been for Dragon Age since I was playing Origins. This better be good, EAware! Also table stabbing! You can never have enough table stabbing!

And ****, I still need an elven Knight Enchanter Inquisitor.

I was most disturbed that they haven't greenlit DA4.

Yeah that was surprising, especially almost a year out. Usually development on a follow up title begins towards the end of the previous title's development span. Writing and concept are usually the first departments to begin, and then the others follow suit later. They keep saying DAI did the best out of all their titles, but I'm beginning to wonder about the validity of that claim. If that was the case, EA would have greenlit another sequel in a heartbeat. The game was a critical success, but it may not have been a financial one.
