Just loaded into the me3 menu, said I had to install an update before playing. Went back to my games, told me3 to check for update, it did something and said ready to go. Reinstalled mods and coalesced edits and dlc bypass of course to be safe, seems to work fine. Dunno what the update was, anyone else get the same notice?

Did you stay several months without playing ? There was an update a few months ago. It was just a safety improvement, according to BW.

No I'd been on before just the other day, fired it up today and at the first in game menu it said I needed to update before I could play.

Since its a mustard race thing you may have accidentally deleted something which you then had to redownload

Yeah I wonder the same thing. Could be because of mods installed maybe, it thought I didn't have the latest version. Except they were the same mods I had installed the last million times I launched the game and it didn't ask me to update those times.

Sometimes when I install mods Origin either detects that the game needs to be updated or repaired, then does so (or attempts to do so and breaks, because Origin).
