Both. They can't be tinted, and you're not asking too much
Disagree. Am quite happy with the new variety myself, and see no need to complain about free content anyway.

Aanddd you can't tint them either... I think its safe to say that we've all been trolled?
I went on already knowing we couldn't tint them, so that blow was (somewhat) lessened. No, honestly at this point I find it more likely that Bioware just cannot make good outfits anymore, not that they trolled us. Dragon Age 2 had great looking stuff, and now most of the things I actually like in DA:I are either based off DA2 models or ports of DA2 models. So I guess someone important left before making Inquisition.
are those rogue outfits (the ones that are normally rogue armor) available for all classes? would love to wear them on warrior as well. especially that scarf one.

Disagree disagree. People should always offer constructive criticism, and are allowed to be disappointed. Especially if they keep having to offer the same criticism after all this time. I can thank them for the free content and offer my own thoughts at the same time. It doesn't mean I don't appreciate it.

They're all available for all classes. ![]()
They appear to be a different color on my own PC, especially that golden armor. May have to do with GPU and settings.
Personally, am very happy with the variety, as well as seeing my pudgy... er, muscular Dwarf select something else.
Likely the lighting has something to do with it. Its just that the silk brocade one made me cringe ![]()

That attitude is fine in general, but don't you think you should think about whether something is helping or hurting people as well? Exploits like that hurt no one - they don't happen by accident and people can choose not to use them. They can drastically improve other players' experiences though. Additionally, most of the playerbase probably doesn't even know they exist. So it would seem awfully pointless to me to "fix" something like that when there are real bugs still out there. Just my 2 cents.
The is the problem I have too. There are bugs that allow the player to play the game in a way that Bioware hadn't intended, exploits and whatnot, and I understand that they might want to fix some of those to have the same be what they intended. But those bugs don't actually harm anyone in the SP environment other than Bioware's own vision for how the game should be played, which is a legitimate concern, since it's their game. But there are also bugs that DO harm the player experience. If they're too difficult to fix for whatever reason, then fine, but it doesn't present well that an exploit gets fixed when other, more serious bugs are not.
The other problem is that many players, myself included, will see this patch and DLC as the death knell for DAI development and understand that it will soon go on the back burner, so we want some of our real issues fixed while (most of the) team is still there. Both DAO and DA2 have lingering bugs that were never fixed and will never be fixed, and the same will eventually happen to DAI, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the devs to acknowledge that.
Also, a FULL run down of all patch changes would go a long way to reducing some of this angst, rather than let players engage in a depressing bout of "did they, or didn't they" fix my problem.
The outfits looks pretty meh. Not even sure i would switch the beige PJ for any of them. But, they are free so i shouldn't complain.
So, does anyone know where the new items are? From the contest?

Info I read said they are hidden. My guess is that they are in the DLC, but it could also be anywhere in the game.
Given they're in the Patch, I kinda would think they're more like the Ardent Blossom: available to anyone with the patch, but possibly hard to locate. That's just a guess, though. I don't see why they would have restricted fan-made content to the DLC.

There are some things that are not included because they are fixed for specific instances, and trying to communicate that it is not a global fix and certain instances can be tricky. As a result sometimes they are left off.
There are also things that are fixed late in a patch cycle that are not included because they will not be translated in time. This is because for PS4 patch notes are included as part of the patch, and having different versions of the patch notes can be quite confusing, This is why something like the Alistair Codex is not in the patch note, it was fixed a day before we finaled our patch (so not enough time). So it was simply excluded.
I would argue that not all things need to be in notes when they are a right/wrong type of scenario. But if it is a subjective thing (ie the dupe) then it should be.
But overall I do agree the more transparent you can be with your patch notes the better it is all around.

As far as I know they are not that obscure. In my playthrough on this patch I found 2 of them "naturally"

Thank heavens, my thumb still has twinges from all that jumping for the Ardent Blossom on the PS4. ![]()

I really don't want to sound harsh, but how is a day not enough time to add a line to patch notes? Or did I misunderstand?

Getting it translated into: Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portugese, Russian and Polish.
Plus if the fix did not actually work, well then you have to throw away the build you just made and pushes your patch back a day. And timelines are somewhat difficult to work with.
HELP! After patching to 10 the game doesn't even start, it doesn't show anything, just sits there in the processes tabs in the task manager eating memory. It didn't happen to me in previous patches, and it had to do it before Trespasser ![]()

Do you have mods?
If not try and do a repair install.
I like the outfits with scarfs. Those look nice.

Okay, well, I thought you had people to translate things *shrug*
Bolded: Wouldn't you confirm the patch worked before releasing it?

I do have mods, first of all I thought it was the mods so I deleted the "patch" folder contents and repaired, nothing. Now I deleted multiple folders in the update folder and I try to repair again see how it goes.
