Finally, a patch that's actually worth something. And it only took you almost a year! Good job Bioware!
No seriously! I'm standing up right now and applauding you!

Nice that they finally do something about the Skyhold pjs, you know, after they drop support for 360 and PS3.
Apparently dark blue pjs are pushing the technical limits of those systems, amirite.
Thanks for pissing on our heads and telling us its raining, Bioware.
The Wardrobe and Golden Nug are patches, not part of the DLC as far as I know, are PS3 and 360 not getting patched?

Wow. I didn't even think of that! That really, really sucks! Poor oldgen players stuck in that outfit forever ![]()
Is there a level cap increase for the DLC ?
Is there a level cap increase for the DLC ?
No, it'll remain at 27th level. They've said they've hit the limit on a number of systems in the game.
Skyhold wardrobe!! YESSS!!
Does anyone know what they mean by "Skyhold decorations"? I mean, they wouldn't happen to also include the mosaics, by any chance, would they?
Well, these are great news and all... but wardrobe is a bit late for me
Especially since they've announced last DLC, and I doubt I will be making new characters.
Still, better late than never I guess ![]()
I wonder if it fixes broken elf arms ![]()
Does anyone know if the sync will include Fade-Touched materials and crafting materials?
No, but I doubt it. I think it's only schematics and collectibles, though I'm not sure if shards will count. I hope so!
"The sync includes crafting schematics (including those acquired in DLC packs, as long as the packs are installed), potion recipes (but not upgrades), mounts, and Skyhold decorations." So no shards or mosaics, I guess, but still okay. I'm mainly delighted about the wardrobe so my Inquisitor can finally wear armor "at home" like Cass and Cullen do. Even Blackwall has a gambeson, and my warrior always looked woefully unprotected in comparison. Let's chuck that beige skin-tight nonsense-outfit in the fireplace and toast its demise. ![]()
There's a BLUE formal uniform! I'm so happy right now.
Edit. But wait, can it only be worn in Skyhold? Noooo
At this time the patch seems far more appealing then the final dlc. Though that's probably cause so little info is available for the dlc at this point. Just hype...loads of hype. My hype train is still in the shop after the derailing disaster called Descent.
I am looking forward to the patch and the death of the pj's. ![]()
While I have enjoyed both previous DLC's so far immensely (Descent and Jaws) this patch info has me more excited then both of those combined did. So ready to re-do my canon Inquisitor's playthrough now , sooner the better for patch release! ![]()
I'm unspeakably delighted that my Dwarven archer lady will be spared the indignity of the beige pajamas.

And it's invisible wonder bra.. I haven't been able to play my dwarf gal since she got to Skyhold lol.
I'm probably in the minority but the beige pyjama wasn't offending me too much.
So the wardrobe is fine , but I could have lived without it.
The golden Nug ...I just wanted to be able to recreate my main inquisitor and replay him one last time on nightmare...if there is a next game ...please face code or real new game + would be great.
I hope we get themed outfits, depending on the race of our characters/backgrounds!
Do we know when the new patch will be released yet?
I'm hoping it's THIS tuesday. A week before the DLC, that way, in case any bugs appear, they have time to fix it and get another patch out.
Why do all good things come at end ![]()
starting new game. ![]()
Do we know when the new patch will be released yet?
Patches usually go out on the Monday before the dlc releases so in this case September 7
This is going to look like I'm complaining or that I'm being ironically sarcastic but I am not, seriously.
I'm thankful that Bioware will leave Inquisition as the game it was supposed to be at November 18th 2014. I'm really thankful because I thought it was never going to happen. I'm also happy that the last DLC will be what all other DLCs should have been (the whole game should be), because I thought it was never going to happen.
It is amazing but comes with a bittersweet taste... if they can do it, why did they put us to so much **** and pain before doing it? =(
