Or something similar to Awakening. Judging by the trailer it seems we're going to many places. I hope it is.
Will trespasser be a 20 hours experience?

It's apparently $15, so no, probably not.

So pretty much like DAO witch hunt in terms of length?

I'm hoping for a bit more than that, but...
Phoenix is probably right. Even though that sucks...

More like ME3's Citadel, I think.

Did this baseless speculation require it's own thread?

As much as I'd like to believe otherwise, I think expecting more than that is to set oneself up for disappointment.

I'd say between 5 n 8 hours, mostly dependant on the actual player him/herself

So like the previous DLCs? Hopefully there is more dialogue, cutscenes this time around instead of fetch quests and boring exploration because that inflated the playtime of Hakkon and Descent.

Yeah , by the cost of the dlc it doesn't seem that long , probably similar to joh , i hope they'll give all the events in the dlc their right.

Awakening was a 20 hr experience?
Since when, because you can literally run through it pretty fast, even faster than JoH and Descent

It also inflated playtime in the vanilla game.

If you were doing just the main questline, I guess it was less than 20 hours. For those of us that did all the sidequests as well, however, it was a good bit more than 20 hours (at least the first time through, which is what I personally base how long content is).
Did you just pick random dialogue options and only play the main quests in Awakening?

I've played Awakening twice on normal difficulty, first time was 13hours and the second was about 18hrs doing everything. Doing everything in Hakkon on nightmare difficulty added up to 10hrs, doing everything in Descent on nightmare added up to 8hrs. Awakening was twice as long as both dlcs combined. No more shilling ok:)

I usuually do as much I can but rarely everything, 1st time though stuck with main quest and some side quest. Done in one short afternoon 5-6 hours I think. Back then, I wasn't interested in DA though as I am now but Awakening sidequest could be skipped over pretty easily withot notice like in my 1st playthrough(Sigrun's personal quest for example)

Yeah, I've honestly never gotten that whole length criticism and comparison to previous DLCs. Awakening is easily done in 10-12 hours. Hell, Awakening, Ostagar, Stone Prisoner, Witch Hunt, Warden's Keep, and Golems, combined, can easily be done in less time than it took me to do Jaws of Hakkon.

It took me 10 hours to do everything in Hakkon with nightmare difficulty. You're just not that good.

Oh, I've never claimed to be an elite gamer, or anything close to it, so sure, you can have that d*ck measuring award. But, if I am not that good, that translates across to the other DLCs as well, so my comparison still stands as it is me playing all of them, and Hakkon takes as long as all those others combined, even with me not being that good.
Here, have some theme music for your award.

I think i spent 10 hours on Awakening first time through, and that was on normal. Now i usually spend around 8 hours on Nightmare. Actually i played Jaws of Hakkon for 10 hours on Nightmare before i completed it, i would say it was almost more expansion worthy than Awakening. I think Trespasser will be around 5 - 10 hours depending on how you play it and on what difficulty.

Nope, not Bioware's style sadly.
DAO was the last of its kind.
