I finally finished Combat Mastery for the second time this week, in over 2000 hours of playing, this is the first time I've finished it since moving up to gold. It didn't actually take too long once I made a conscious decision to go for grabs. Still took a few months of normal gameplay though.

Those are both good maps for farmings solos, but Vancouver is better. More grabbable surfaces by the extraction zones on Vancouver than on Giant . Dagger has as many as Vancouver, but you are far more exposed there.
No memory for the animations, also Gaspur considered it "cheap" for a character with that much regen to get an additional 40% DR over tech armor, which is hilarious considering how much health and shields the GJ has in comparison

Naw memory is not a problem, otherwise they wouldn't have memory for the unique geth and vorcha grabs either. Damage reduction is not an issue either since all characters are already invulnerable during grab kills anyway.
No, I'm afraid the only reason for it's omission is Bioware's lack of vision, or time, but probably vision.
No they actually took them out, if you look at files in 3DSM, the warlord doesn't have them, and the hammer anims are larger than most total melee anims put together. Each char had a budget, it's one of main reason MP chars don't talk or emote, they took all that out for PS3 memory limitation reasons, as we see from the collectors,that still wasn't an absolute fix.
DR was an issue is regular play (batarians), not the grabs: the WL would have 90% DR just by sitting in cover, despite half of him hanging over it, making a rifle/smg-lord pretty absurdly beast, you'd literally be a defense turret with faster regen than a full melee Juggs, grabbing wasn't the issue, just having hee-haw dr for a char with a defense pool of 5700 was. It still wasn't a very good decision, we're dealing with a system where a 5 foot quarian made of tissue paper can bust out a 6000 damage melee attack from cloak. :space magics:

roll the commands by hitting Everything just before hitting Melee, you'll already be in the everything state, so an instant krogan charge will emerge, aim just above the barrier in question for best results, you can also slide along the barrier if you think you're going to get sync'd from behind.

So take them out of EVERY platform. This is why we can't have nice things anymore on PC.

Just silver or bronze solo with krogan sent or soldier on white or giant
or gold with kroguard or warlord, shouldn't take too long then since you're one shotting almost everything
