i paid my bioware points with PayPal Jan 23rd, PayPal says Status: Complete and when i go to my BioWare Purchase History it says : STATUS : Finished, still Current Balance shows 0 points. Usually when i pay for something im used to get something in return
I paid for 1600 points. Anyways, does this usually take long time? Cos i want DLC for my DAO 
p.s. Blood Dragon armor is ugly
except on Sten cos hes one ugly mofo, anything makes him look betta

Should have came on here when I decided to pay with paypal, though perhaps the two are unrelated, but this is odd. Been a day here so far for my 400 pts which I still have not received. Sent a e-mail to bioware CS, hopefully something comes out soon.

Same here: paid for my 400 points two days ago and while they do show up my "Purchase History", they do not on my "Point Statement" or in-game. EA support has ignored pleas for help so far. This is very frustrating and not a good way to promote DLCs and micro-payments.

Yeah... I agree <_<. It may only be five bucks, but I spent those five bucks with the expectation that I would get to play the DLC the night I actually paid for it. At the moment, it seems but an unvoluntary donation.

What really makes me angry, is the way BioWare/EA refuse to even acknowledge that there is a problem (I can understand why of course - who wants to acknowledge that their fast, safe and easy onlineshop has at least one serious glitch and you might not actually get any points after paying).
Five days without a reply from customer-service and no acknowledgment here on the official forum is just a bad joke. I wish some magazine, website or popular blog would pick up on this, as it seems obvious, that BioWare/EA don't care too much about a few dissatisfied customers, they can safely ignore.

same problem here... paid via giropay... it is flagged as finished and the money was deducted from my account... but no points

As their "Customer Service" has now ignored me for over 10 days I have just lodged a complaint with PayPal and will hopefully at least get my money back.

Wow, customer service actually contacted me and finally got me my points. I don't know if it was the complaint with PayPal that got them moving or if they are just REALLY understaffed, but at least I can now download RtO.
Still a lot of aggravation over something that should be easy an convenient.

I'm not sure if it is paypal's fault, but I share your grief. There is definitely something wrong with their online point distribution system. E-mail their customer service. It will take a few days, but they will reimburse you with your points eventually...

I have the same problem. I paid for 400 points, everything is flagged as complete but I still haven't received them. Sigh...very disappointing.
