I have nothing DLC related for DA 2 BUT the free Black Emporium store. I browsed the varieties of story and quest related DLC's they got and saw like 4 I believe but they are all at least still 6.99 or more so was just wanting an honest fan of the series' opinion on whether they can be skipped or if there is some life in em and are worthy of the time and money. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Honestly, is any of the quest related DLC worth purchasing for DA II? I

Ok, that's what I needed to know. I was in the water about purchasing any cuz DA2 is great and I do enjoy it, but unlike Origins, I just couldn't go immediately and purchase them cuz I don't regard gameplay quite as highly as I do Origins. But I was most likely going to get them anyways, but now you sold me on em. Thanks a lot!!

If you only buy one, get Legacy. It sets up the big bad of DA:I

There's nothing wrong with picking up The Exiled Prince, either. It can add a new member to your party, and gives you a few additional companion quests for that character. Basically, it's similar to picking up The Price of Revenge for Mass Effect 2, which gave you Zaeed and an additional mission.
How much you enjoy it may depend on how much you like the additional character. Sebastian is fully fleshed out, has his own motivations and morals, even if he is indecisive about them until near the end of the game. His banter with the other party members is solid.
And, this may or may not help, but he does figure somewhat in a critical moment of the last Act of the game.

They're pretty broken they are lvling with you so you don't need to buy items like a shield what grants 1,800 armor and 500+ health and its lvling with you so yes

Agreed, Legacy is a must. Not only is it important to Inquisition, but its also the best single player DLC for Dragon Age, so far. I would also recommend Mark of the Assassin and Exiled Prince, both are worth the money.

Legacy is one of the best content packs they've ever produced.
The item packs are well worth it if you plan on multiple playthroughs. I liked them a lot is all I can say.

Legacy - Certainly.
Mark of the Assassin - More optional, but useful.
Exiled Prince - Most optional, unless having all party members are mandatory for you.
And like TommyServo said, the Item Packs are at least useful for multiple playthroughs where you just want to be more secure and good looking in gear (without modding the game or something?) while you experience the story.

I still haven't made a decision one way or the other in terms of buying Mark of the Assassin or Exiled Prince, but I bought Legacy on a friend's recommendation and I loved it. I felt it really added a lot to the game, and as my friend had suggested it truly was necessary for Inquisition to make more sense. There are actually quite a few moments in Inquisition that make reference to Hawke facing the enemy in Legacy, and I felt like it would've been immersion-breaking if I hadn't played through that particular DLC first as a result.
I also have the item packs, and I'm very fond of several things in them based on appearance and usefulness in battle.

Yes.
I would say the dlc's are better than the main game
The item packs I like.

Yeah, I would say that Legacy, MotA and Exiled Prince are all great and worth it.

I would also add that MotA has some interesting Qunari lore you won't get from the main game, particularly as it relates to non-kossith who come to the Qun.
Exiled Prince is definitely the least essential of the three, but I like eye (and ear) candy, so it was worth it for me.

the story ones.
I think they are mark of the assassin and legacy.
