This crap still persists after all this time? Characters getting stuck and unable to move or attack unless I manually switch to them and force them to jump. What the hell...

BioWare hasn't really fixed anything in single-player since Patch 7 (the patch that introduced this bug).
Patch 10 will be out soon. Maybe they'll finally have a fix for it (or not).
