Luke buffed far more than he nerfed...
He did but he cut longshot and spirit blade in half which were staples in old perilous

They nerfed so many abilities your really not doing a lot more damage then we were back then don't get me wrong it's a big difference but the weapons were more than enough for perilous and now you need them because of the ridiculous amount of health on nightmare

Two. He gave major nerfs to two abilities.
You say they used to be staples, and I suppose they were. Before they were nerfed, about half the people I ran into were using the Arcane Warrior (all with Spirit Blade), and I never saw any Archers without Long Shot. To me, that looks like people only using overpowered classes and abilities.
He buffed many more than two abilities, and now I see far more diversity in how people build their characters. I also see more Alchemists, Hunters, Legionnaires, etc., because these classes are now more useful.

Same way I do now, by using other weapons, diversity is a wonderful thing.

Yes, the days before all things powerful dropped freely from the heavens above for everyone. Those were the days.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the greatest quality of life change: no more player collision.
I loved that feature... =)

Only if you were lucky enough to get them. There were LOTS and LOTS of complaints about never getting these mythical items from RNGesus.
"if u were lucky enough" ..... i spent over 2.5M and have only a Griffon, so i wasnt lucky:-)

If you really are a Carbon_Bishop shouldn't your Avatar be black! I think you are some kind of false Carbon Bishop.
Marble has carbon in it
Calcium Carbonate Bishop doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely.
In a strange twist of irony I googled images of "Diamond Bishop" looking maybe to change and I got a bunch of pictures of black people ![]()

Barrier was mandatory at the beginning, even 2 barriers cycling some times.
With the armors and promotes we now have we don't need this.
Hakkon weapons are great but its mostly the armors and 100s of promotes that win in the end.

Dear lord!!! I'd forgotten about that ****. Toss in the constant lag, and it was a ****** nightmare. I can't count the number of times I rage quit games as a result.
